Cubic Games is a part of GDEV gaming and entertainment powerhouse: Nexters, Royal Ark, Game Gears. We started as a small team in 2012 and have since evolved into a thriving game development studio.
Our mission is crystal clear: we specialize in creating distinctive pixel games. We are the developers of the popular shooter Pixel Gun 3D, played by more than 5 million users worldwide every month. Currently, we have a team of more than 140 specialists, both working remotely and in our offices in Armenia and Cyprus.

Conduct in-depth analysis of Pixel Gun 3D mechanics, current game economy, and cycles.
Create and optimize meta-game cycles considering the interests of various audience segments, ensuring connectivity between game cycles for a cohesive game economy and achieving target metrics (Retention, ARPU, etc.).
Analyze player feedback and analytical data to initiate improvements for enhancing game experience and monetization.
Prepare documentation, including game cycle diagrams, balance tables, cycle intersection matrices, and maintain updated documentation.
Coordinate efforts to improve and implement game cycles.
Extensive gaming experience with a strong interest in action games and shooters.
At least 3 years of experience as a game designer specializing in game economy and meta-game mechanics.
Ability to analyze data, propose improvements, and work with data analysis and system design tools.
Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
Significant experience in game deconstruction and understanding of current gaming market trends and best practices.
Understanding the principles of creating and balancing game economy and cycles, with the ability to propose original solutions.
Effective teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments
Ability to take responsibility for decisions and maintain a proactive approach.
Official employment according to the Labor Code of Armenia or Cyprus, or a remote work contract.
Flexibility in choosing the workplace: remote work or visiting offices in Armenia or Cyprus as desired.
