Our flagship title, Pixel Gun 3D, has built a loyal global audience of over 3 million monthly players and continues to evolve. We combine creative vision with strong technical expertise to deliver engaging and long-lasting player experiences.

We are currently working on a new project — Pixel Gun 2, a cross-platform PvP arena shooter that expands the universe and takes gameplay to the next level.

At the moment, we are looking for a talented Texture Artist to join our team and help craft high-quality pixel art textures that define the look and feel of our game worlds.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality textures for characters, environments, props, and other in-game elements, including tileable textures
  • Maintain visual consistency and support the overall art direction of the project
  • Collaborate closely with artists, game designers, and developers to ensure seamless integration of assets
  • Refine, polish, and optimize existing textures
  • Ensure clarity, readability, and the right level of detail in pixel art assets

Key Skills:

  • Experience as a 2D Artist or Texture Artist
  • Strong proficiency in pixel art
  • Solid understanding of game texturing principles
  • Experience with tileable and seamless textures, as well as working within limited color palettes
  • Strong sense of color, composition, and form
  • Ability to convey material properties within the constraints of pixel art style
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with technical documentation
  • A portfolio with relevant examples

Nice to have:

  • Experience working on game development projects
  • Familiarity with 3D software for validating textures
  • Basic or solid experience with Unity for previewing assets in-engine
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Fork)
  • Understanding of UI/UX specifics in pixel-style games
  • Ability to work in different visual styles
