About the Project

Pixel Gun 2 is a PvP free-to-play shooter currently in active development.
The project has been in production for about a year: part of the UI/UX is already implemented, while a significant portion of features and screens will be designed from scratch.

We are looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer to take ownership of the UI/UX direction, evolve existing solutions, and scale the interface together with the product.


What You’ll Do

  • Own the UI/UX direction of the project and ensure consistency and quality.

  • Lead and mentor the UI/UX team.

  • Design and deliver key features end-to-end (from UX flows to final implementation).

  • Maintain and evolve the design system.

  • Collaborate closely with developers and QA on UI integration and performance.

  • Improve UI/UX workflows and documentation.

  • Apply modern tools, including AI, to improve speed and quality.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Lead UI/UX Designer or Senior UI/UX Designer with leadership responsibilities.

  • Strong hands-on UI/UX skills and ownership mindset.

  • Experience working with existing interfaces and building new ones from scratch.

  • Solid understanding of UI systems, consistency, and design patterns.

  • Experience with F2P or live-service products.

  • Portfolio with real UI/UX cases and clear personal contribution.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with cross-platform projects (mobile / PC / consoles).

  • Experience working with Unity UI.

  • Mentoring or team leadership experience.
