We are currently working on our next big project — Pixel Gun 2, a cross-platform PvP arena shooter — and we're looking for a talented Level Designer to help create exciting PvP maps for players around the world.

Responsibilities
Create new PvE co-op maps for the game: from prototyping to final implementation in the Unity editor.
Own level design tasks end to end, from initial concept through implementation to post-release evaluation.
Work with scripts and configuration files, including their setup and tuning.
Configure bots, including their behavior, routes, and equipment.
Collaborate closely with the Art and Development teams to bring levels to a polished, final state.
Run level playtests, collect feedback, and iterate to improve gameplay quality.
Analyze player feedback and game analytics, and implement improvements based on data.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Level Designer in the game industry, preferably on shooter projects.
Hands-on experience creating PvE maps, ideally for mobile or PC games.
Strong understanding of PvE co-op and PvP level design principles, with the ability to build engaging and well-balanced spaces.
Basic understanding of color, composition, and spatial design.
Solid experience working with Unity and greyboxing tools (ProBuilder, 3ds Max, Blender, Sketch, etc.).
Clear communication skills and the ability to articulate and document design ideas.
Ability to analyze feedback and data, and to propose and implement meaningful improvements.
