Support and development of a live game: bug fixing, improvements, technical debt handling
Development and integration of Core / Meta features (weapons, items, progression, economy, live events)
Implementation of new mechanics and events based on Game Design specifications
Integration and improvement of network logic using Photon (matchmaking, synchronization, network events)
Performance and stability optimization (FPS, memory, GC, allocations)
Development of internal tools (Unity Editor tools) to improve workflows for Game Design and QA
3+ years of commercial Unity development experience
Strong OOP knowledge
Experience working with large codebases and legacy projects
Ability to refactor and improve existing systems without breaking functionality
Practical experience with Photon
Experience developing for Android and iOS
Profiling and optimization skills (Unity Profiler / Deep Profile)
Confident use of Git
Understanding of Mobile vs PC differences
Experience with NGUI
Experience with UniTask
Knowledge of Addressables / AssetBundles
Public GitHub / GitLab with code examples
Experience working in a large team (not solo development)
Clear communication with Game Design, QA, and Art teams
Independence and ability to deliver tasks to production
Ability to estimate timelines and risks
Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of Armenia or Cyprus, or a remote work contract
