We’re currently working on a new project - Pixel Gun 2, a cross-platform PvP arena shooter.
Build new player-facing features end-to-end: from solution design to implementation, integration, testing, and release.
Participate in estimation, task breakdown, and planning with the team.
Improve existing gameplay systems: refactoring, reducing tech debt, increasing stability and maintainability.
Drive performance work: profiling, cutting allocations/GC pressure, fixing leaks, and improving frame-time consistency.
Work on cross-platform solutions and platform-specific constraints (Mobile / PC).
Collaborate closely with Game Design to turn gameplay ideas into robust technical implementations.
3+ years of commercial experience with Unity (C#).
Russian level C1 (spoken and written).
1+ year of experience working on shooters.
Hands-on experience with multiplayer / networking; understanding of synchronization principles and practical lag-compensation approaches.
Strong OOP knowledge and ability to apply common design principles and patterns.
Experience building and maintaining gameplay systems; understanding feature-level architecture.
Confident with Git.
Proven experience with profiling and optimization.
Experience with ECS (Unity ECS/DOTS or similar).
Experience with Photon.
Background in cross-platform development (Mobile + PC).
Deep Unity profiling practice (Profiler, memory snapshots, GC/allocation optimization).
