Senior / Lead Product Data Analyst

About us

We’re a game-studio that doesn’t settle for average: we build PvP experiences with millions of active players and a strong drive to push the envelope. If you’re looking to jump in and own the analytics engine behind these experiences — you’re in the right place.

What you’ll do

  • Design and document analytics events — define what matters, and make sure it’s tracked properly.

  • Collaborate with devs to shape event data structures (aggregations, mappings, hierarchies).

  • Work with QA to ensure analytics data is reliable and accurate.

  • Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau — turn raw data into insights.

  • Test hypotheses, analyse feature performance and extract actionable product insights.

  • Run A/B tests in-game and interpret results to guide decisions.

  • Dive into monetisation: ads + in-app purchases — measure what's working & what’s not.

  • Provide monthly reports to the Finance team — translate analytics into business metrics.

  • Review marketing spend and campaign effectiveness — tie user behaviour to acquisition decisions.

What you bring

  • Minimum 2 years as a Data Analyst in mobile games.

  • At least 1 year in a Senior or Lead capacity.

  • Experience owning or designing a live analytics system — you’ve been there, done that.

  • Strong SQL skills (we use BigQuery).

  • Solid Python experience (Pandas, Numpy, Scipy) — you write code, not just queries.

  • Good grounding in mathematical statistics and A/B testing methodology.

  • Experience building ETL-processes (ideally on Airflow or similar).

  • Comfortable working with BI tools (we use Tableau, but you may know others).

Extra points if

  • You’ve worked on mid-core / PvP shooter behind a mobile game.

  • You understand product economy — what drives retention, monetisation, engagement.

  • You're a gamer yourself (especially in shooters) — you speak the language of the player.

What we offer

  • The chance to build analytics from scratch, and own that architecture.

  • Real influence on product decisions — your insights shape what players experience.

  • A fast-growing, ambitious studio with large-scale mobile projects.

  • Flexible setup — either office (Cyprus / Armenia) or fully remote.

  • Competitive salary in euros, discussed individually.
