Design and document analytics events — define what matters, and make sure it’s tracked properly.
Collaborate with devs to shape event data structures (aggregations, mappings, hierarchies).
Work with QA to ensure analytics data is reliable and accurate.
Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau — turn raw data into insights.
Test hypotheses, analyse feature performance and extract actionable product insights.
Run A/B tests in-game and interpret results to guide decisions.
Dive into monetisation: ads + in-app purchases — measure what's working & what’s not.
Provide monthly reports to the Finance team — translate analytics into business metrics.
Review marketing spend and campaign effectiveness — tie user behaviour to acquisition decisions.
Minimum 2 years as a Data Analyst in mobile games.
At least 1 year in a Senior or Lead capacity.
Experience owning or designing a live analytics system — you’ve been there, done that.
Strong SQL skills (we use BigQuery).
Solid Python experience (Pandas, Numpy, Scipy) — you write code, not just queries.
Good grounding in mathematical statistics and A/B testing methodology.
Experience building ETL-processes (ideally on Airflow or similar).
Comfortable working with BI tools (we use Tableau, but you may know others).
You’ve worked on mid-core / PvP shooter behind a mobile game.
You understand product economy — what drives retention, monetisation, engagement.
You're a gamer yourself (especially in shooters) — you speak the language of the player.
