Social Media Manager

Cubic Games is a mobile game development studio and a proud member of the GDEV holding. From a small team, we have grown into a dynamic company with more than 120 talented professionals.
Our mission is to create unique pixel games that stand out in the market.
We are the creators of Pixel Gun 3D, a world-renowned mobile shooter played by over 5 million people every month.

We are currently expanding our team and looking for a Social Media Manager to support our influencer initiatives and community engagement efforts. This role is perfect for someone passionate about games, with a creative mindset and a desire to grow in the social media field.

Important: We are unable to work with candidates residing in Russia and Belarus. 

Responsibilities:

• Development and execution of player engagement activities (contests, giveaways) on social media and Discord.

• Copywriting.

• Generating ideas for engaging content in various formats and bringing them to life.

• Preparing briefs (technical tasks) for designers and motion designers.

• Publishing posts, stories, and short videos.

• Communicating with followers in social media comments.

• Collecting statistics and preparing regular reports, analyzing feedback on social media.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in SMM.

• Hands-on experience managing accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, and Threads.

• A portfolio with completed projects.

• Understanding of social media algorithms and knowledge of trends.

• Strong written English skills and Russian.

• Creativity, engagement, and proactivity.

• Passion for games and a strong interest in working in GameDev.
