Cubic Games is a mobile game development studio and a proud member of the GDEV holding. From a small team, we've grown into a dynamic company of over 120 talented professionals. Our mission is to craft unique pixelated games that stand out in the market. We are the creators of Pixel Gun 3D, a globally recognized mobile shooter enjoyed by over 5 million players every month.

We are currently expanding our team and looking for a Community Manager to strengthen our community engagement and influencer partnerships.

 
Important: We are unable to work with candidates residing in Russia and Belarus.


 Responsibilities

  • Regular interaction with players: answering questions, providing support, primarily on Discord.

  • Handling negative feedback: responding to complaints and criticism professionally, turning conflicts into constructive dialogue.

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with current influencers and attracting new ones.

  • Collecting player feedback, running surveys, and preparing regular reports for the development team.

  • Supervising the Discord moderation team.

  • Organizing AMA sessions, contests, challenges, community events, and activities that stimulate UGC.

  • Analyzing the effectiveness of community initiatives: measuring engagement, growth, and impact, and preparing suggestions for improvements.

 Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Community Manager in game development.

  • Strong command of written English.

  • Passion for games and a solid understanding of the gaming industry and trends.

  • Experience in administering and growing Discord servers: setting up channels, roles, bots, moderation, and organizing activities.


 Nice to Have

  • Experience working with influencers and streamers.

  • Knowledge of meme culture and the ability to use it organically.

  • Good spoken English.

  • Familiarity with AI tools.

  • Strong interpersonal skills: ability to connect with different people, sense the mood of a conversation, and resolve conflicts without taking negativity personally.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changes.

  • High level of self-organization, responsibility, and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks without sacrificing quality.

  • Proactivity: readiness to suggest new formats of interaction with players and influencers.

  • Employment under the Armenian Labor Code or a remote contract (excluding candidates from Russia or Belarus).
