We are currently looking for a System Administrator who will be responsible for supporting and developing the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all services and equipment.
Administration of Windows 10/11, Linux, MacOS.
Maintenance of workstations and support for remote employees.
Creation and administration of user accounts (AD, email).
Support and configuration of user software (Unity, Adobe, Git clients, etc.).
Administration of Git server, user consulting on Git usage.
Diagnosis and troubleshooting of PCs and office equipment, assembly and replacement of components.
Maintenance of office equipment (installation, setup, replacement of consumables, scheduled maintenance).
Structured cabling system maintenance, inventory and equipment accounting.
Configuration and support of network equipment (Mikrotik, routing, load balancing, channel redundancy).
VPN setup (OpenVPN, Wireguard, L2TP/IPSec), office-to-office tunnels, Firewall, NAT, SSH, DHCP, DNS.
Wi-Fi support (Unifi Ubiquiti controller, seamless network).
Support of servers and services: FreeRADIUS, Nginx, MariaDB, PHP.
Development and updating of user guides and technical documentation.
Payment of services, coordination of technical conditions in supplier contracts.
Procurement of equipment.
Experience with Windows, Linux, MacOS administration.
Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, GPO.
Experience in configuring and maintaining network equipment and local networks.
Hands-on experience with Mikrotik, Unifi, VPN, Firewall, DHCP, DNS.
Skills with FreeRADIUS, Nginx, MariaDB, PHP — will be an advantage.
Knowledge of at least one scripting language (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
Experience configuring user hardware, OS, and software.
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Employment under the Labor Code of Armenia or Cyprus.
