We are currently expanding our team and looking for a Junior Social Media Manager to support our influencer and community engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for games, a creative mindset, and a strong desire to grow within social media.

Actively contribute to the creation of the social media content plan.
Develop and execute player-focused activities (contests, giveaways) across social platforms and Discord.
Write engaging and on-brand copy for various types of content.
Research and implement ideas for engaging content in different formats.
Prepare briefs for designers and motion designers.
Publish posts, stories, and short-form videos across platforms.
Interact with the community in comments and messages on social media.
Collect and analyze social media statistics, prepare regular performance reports, and evaluate community feedback.
At least 1 year of experience managing social media channels.
A portfolio showcasing previous social media work or campaigns.
Solid understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and platform-specific nuances.
High proficiency in written English and Russian.
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
Strong motivation to grow in marketing and social media.
Passion for games and interest in working within the GameDev industry.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
Additional education or courses in SMM (Social Media Marketing).
Understanding of core SMM metrics and the ability to work with them (this may be considered a key requirement).
Basic skills in photo and video editing tools.
Familiarity with meme culture and internet trends.
