We are currently working on a new project — Pixel Gun 2, a cross-platform PvP arena shooter.
As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find and attract the best talent in game development. This is a key role where you’ll partner directly with hiring managers and contribute to building high-performing teams across multiple disciplines.
Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior and leadership roles across Game Design, Art, Product, LiveOps, Analytics, and more
Manage 10–15 active positions simultaneously
Build and execute sourcing strategies across CIS, Europe, and remote markets
Proactively identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, ArtStation, niche communities, events, and referrals
Ensure a seamless candidate experience and effective pipeline management via ATS
Collaborate with hiring managers as a trusted recruitment partner
Contribute to employer branding through events, content creation, and social campaigns
Track key hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment processes
4+ years in recruitment, including at least 2 years in game development or tech
Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, X-ray, advanced LinkedIn search, etc.)
Experience managing multiple vacancies across various roles and departments
Solid understanding of game development roles and pipelines
Excellent communication and interview skills
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (e.g. Recruitee), Notion, Google Sheets, Huntflow
Experience in simultaneously managing 8-10 vacancies and filling 4 vacancies per month (senior/lead/head)
Experience in managing C-level vacancies
Executive search experience
Knowledge of modern AI technologies for sourcing
Russian — upper-intermediate or higher
Experience hiring globally and/or via EOR platforms
Background in employer branding, content, or community hiring
Ability to analyze and optimize recruitment data and KPIs
