We are currently working on our next big project — Pixel Gun 2, a cross-platform PvP arena shooter — and we're looking for a talented Level Designer to help create exciting PvP maps for players around the world.

Create new multiplayer PvP maps, from prototyping to final polish in Unity
Own the entire level design pipeline — from concept to implementation and post-launch evaluation
Work with scripts and configuration files, including their setup and tuning
Set up bots, their behavior paths, and loadouts
Collaborate closely with Art and Development teams to bring levels to a polished state
Conduct playtests, gather feedback, and make adjustments to improve gameplay quality
Analyze player feedback and analytics to drive level design improvements
3+ years of experience as a Level Designer in the game industry, preferably in shooter titles
Hands-on experience creating PvP maps, especially for mobile or PC games
Solid understanding of mobile PvP gameplay
Excellent knowledge of level design principles for PvP and PvE COOP, with an ability to create engaging and balanced environments
Understanding of color theory, composition, and spatial design basics
Strong Unity skills and proficiency with greyboxing tools (e.g., ProBuilder, 3ds Max, Blender, Sketch, etc.)
Ability to clearly articulate and present your ideas
Team player with great communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Ability to analyze feedback and data, and translate it into actionable improvements
