Our mission is crystal clear: we specialize in creating distinctive pixel games. Our team is looking for a level designer to work on our flagship project, Pixel Gun 3D. This popular shooter is played by over 5 million users worldwide every month.
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team for a new unannounced cross-platform shooter project. The ideal candidate will help organize and oversee the development process, ensuring tasks are completed on time and aligned with business goals.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop a clear understanding of the project's business and product goals and effectively communicate them to the team.
- Monitor ongoing work: ensure plans and tasks across all departments remain up to date.
- Oversee project timelines and milestones, ensuring timely delivery of results.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, including long-term roadmaps with risk assessments.
- Organize efficient workflows: collaborate with team leads to develop new processes or optimize existing ones.
- Integrate AI tools into the team's workflow to enhance efficiency and automate processes.
Skills and experience:
- 5+ years of experience in GameDev as a Project Manager.
- Expertise in analyzing and optimizing existing processes (including waterfall models) and the ability to work under strict deadlines without flexibility for extensions.
- Strong skills in project documentation, reporting, and roadmap management.
- Ability to track task deadlines and ensure timely completion.
- Resource planning and coordination across all studio departments.
- Stakeholder expectation management.
- Team motivation and support in structuring workflows.
- Establishing effective and transparent communication within the team.
- Implementing a strategic approach to project planning and management.
