Implement new features and game mechanics.
Design and refine the architecture of game solutions, perform audits, and improve existing solutions.
Develop the most complex parts of the game and conduct selective code reviews.
Ensure the stability of the service and address technical debt.
Optimize the game for mobile platforms.
Automate testing scenarios, including writing unit tests.
Plan and coordinate the team’s work with managers for both short-term and long-term goals.
Distribute tasks, participate in estimates, and ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
Building strong collaboration with managers, game designers, testers, and developers.

Proficiency in Unity and C#, with a solid understanding of OOP principles and experience with ECS.
At least 3 years of experience in developing client-server games.
Knowledge of Android and iOS platforms.
Experience in writing shaders (cg/hlsl/glsl).
Familiarity with mobile GPUs (Mali, PowerVR, Adreno, etc.).
A passion for games and a drive to create them.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience developing games using Photon Unity networking technology.
Experience working with AWS cloud services.
Understanding of low-level optimization.
