Create new multiplayer maps for the game: from prototyping to final implementation in the Unity editor.
Develop and implement engaging and dynamic game levels that will captivate players.
Work on the balance, visuals, and geometry of existing levels to ensure fairness and interest for all player categories.
Set up routes for multiplayer bots.
Conduct playtests of levels, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to improve game quality.
Study player feedback and analytics, and make improvements based on the collected data.
Fully support level creation tasks from concept to implementation and post-release evaluation.
Train junior level designers.
At least 3 years of experience as a level designer in the gaming industry, preferably in the shooter genre.
Excellent knowledge of level design principles and the ability to create interesting and balanced game spaces.
Understanding of basic principles of working with color, composition, and volume.
Excellent knowledge of Unity and proficiency with software for creating grayboxes (ProBuilder/3ds Max/Blender/Sketch, etc.).
Effective teamwork skills, strong communication, and a willingness to collaborate with other departments.
Ability to analyze feedback and data, propose, and implement improvements based on the gathered information.
Official employment according to the Labor Code of Armenia or Cyprus, or a remote work contract.
Flexibility in choosing the workplace: remote work or visiting offices in Armenia or Cyprus as desired.
