Cubic Games is a part of GDEV gaming and entertainment powerhouse: Nexters, Royal Ark, Game Gears. We started as a small team in 2012 and have since evolved into a thriving game development studio.
Our mission is crystal clear: we specialize in creating distinctive pixel games. We are the developers of the popular shooter Pixel Gun 3D, played by more than 5 million users worldwide every month. Currently, we have a team of more than 140 specialists, both working remotely and in our offices in Armenia and Cyprus.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Collecting reference UI/UX solutions.
- Designing user flows.
- Creating prototypes.
- Describing user scenarios.
- Developing the design of UI elements.
- Presenting concepts and designs to key stakeholders of the product.
- Setting tasks for developers, layout designers, and artists to implement UX solutions.
- Ensuring the quality of interface implementation by developers and layout designers.
Skills and experience:
- Strong skills in graphic design (composition, typography).
- 3+ years of experience in game development (Gamedev).
- Excellent knowledge of Figma.
- Knowledge of basic standards and UX patterns.
- Experience conducting UX research (both qualitative and quantitative) — from analysis to hypothesis validation.
- Experience creating design systems, UI Kits, and guidelines.
- Experience writing technical specifications and documentation.
- Understanding of layout principles in Unity.
- Experience working with Jira (or any other task management tools).
