Arrangement and systematization of traffic purchase;

Organization of the marketing department, including search, hire and management of employees;

Develop partnerships with advertisement platforms;

Search for new partners and ways of attracting customers to company’s projects;

Cooperation with the development team to improve metrics;

Correctly set the KPI and work towards goals;

Readiness lead and inspire by example.

Additional skills

Experience in forming teams of employees and coordinating them;

Experience in working in the game marketing industry;

Interest in video games (at least as a gamer) is a bonus;

Good mathematical skills.

Work with promotional content, cooperation with the content team;

Interaction with the project development team;

Readiness to perform analytical tasks together with the project team;

Preparation of reports detailing the marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Analysis of key game metrics, assessment of the impacts of updates, features and decisions;

Analysis of marketing activities, insuring correct and effective data breakdown

Set criteria for the evaluation of latest updates, marketing campaigns and other activities;

Perform A/B Tests for marketing and other game-related decisions (with the use of an inbuilt tool for testing in game)

Continuous work with ASO

Development of the “personal offer system” for players (search for the best sale models, testing of various strategies, suggestion of tactics, etc)

Excellent mathematical education

Additional skills

Work experience in a similar position for over a year;

Work experience in the game industry;

Interest in video games is a bonus;

Excellent command in English.
